Shipping Policy

Orders from UNVEILED by Peony and Gold are shipped from our store in Cornelius, North Carolina.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $8, or FREE on orders of $70 or more. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for $15. Estimated transit time is 1–2 business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help investigate the issue.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from Peony and Gold in Cornelius, North Carolina. You’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection.

We currently ship within the United States only.
